Standard or Pro: which fits your festival
Under about 3,000 tickets, the standard platform is usually right: flat $2 buyer fee, tiers for single-day/weekend/VIP, and you're live today. Over that, or if brand matters (sponsors, press, your own domain), Pro pays for itself fast — a fixed setup plus monthly, and the per-ticket fee disappears entirely.
What festivals get on either plan
- Multi-tier passes: single-day, weekend, VIP, camping add-ons, each with its own cap
- Timed releases: early bird, tier 2, tier 3 with sale start/end dates
- Gate scanning that scales — any number of staff phones, real-time sync
- Full buyer export and zip-code geography for next year's marketing
- Reminder emails to every pass holder before the gates open
- Pro only: your domain, your branding end to end, payments to your Stripe, no per-ticket fee
Keep next year's audience this year
The single highest-value thing a festival owns is the list of people who came. On most platforms that list is rented. On TixKarma it's exported to you the day after, and every attendee can follow you so next year's announcement hits their inbox without an ad budget.
Common questions
Yes. The platform runs on Stripe and scales with load. For festivals at that size we recommend Pro so the per-ticket fee is replaced by a fixed monthly rate.
A one-time setup scoped to complexity plus a monthly rate sized to your volume, with zero per-ticket fees. Or Pro Performance: free setup and the standard $2 per ticket. See the white label page.
Not natively. QR on phones works for most festivals under 10k; for RFID we can integrate on a Pro build.
