Who it's for

Ticketing for independent music venues

If you're a 150–800 cap room, Ticketmaster doesn't want you and Eventbrite treats you like a bake sale. TixKarma was built for exactly this size: artist tagging so the band's fans find the show, fan follows so your regulars hear about every booking, and a flat $2 fee that doesn't punish a $15 ticket.

The independent venue problem

Legacy ticketing charges 20–30% all-in, splits the audience data between the platform and the promoter, and leaves the venue with the bar tab and nothing else. A $15 show becomes $21 at checkout, the fan blames you, and you never learn who they were.

TixKarma is flat: $2 plus card processing, paid by the buyer. A $15 ticket is $17.60. You receive $15. The buyer's email is yours. And because it's flat, the fee *shrinks* as a percentage the more you charge — $50 tickets cost 8%, not 28%.

Run the door without renting hardware

Door staff open the scanner page on their phones and go. Multiple scanners sync in real time, duplicate-scan attempts are flagged, and you can see the live count from the office. No scanner rental, no app install for staff.

Common questions

Can a promoter run the event on our page?

Yes. Venues can tag performers and collaborate with promoters; the event lives on your venue page so your followers see it, and the buyer data is shared with you.

What about seated shows?

TixKarma is currently general admission with tiered sections (e.g. Floor, Balcony, VIP). Full reserved-seat maps are available on the Pro plan.

How fast do we get paid?

After the event, via Stripe Connect, directly to your bank — typically within two business days of event end.
